ALINO-IS Fiberbed Mist Eliminators for highest quality requirements at the removal of mists and aerosols. Made of special glass or special polypropylene fibres, our Fiberbed Mist Eliminators reliably perform in a wide range of separation tasks in many industrial processes.
With a separation efficiency of ~99.9% of all droplets > 3 µm and 99.5% of all droplets < 3 µm and low pressure drop, Fiberbed Mist Eliminators are among the most efficient separators for submicron droplets and particles. Due to Brownian Molecular Motion, finest droplets < 1 µm are captured and separated not influenced by flow velocity. These droplet separators therefore also separate very well in part-load operation.
Our vessels and inserts are designed in such a way that the separated liquids can be collected and returned to your process.

Depending on the fluids, we offer apparatus made of stainless steel, glass fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) or other polymers like polyethylene (PE). Vessels can also be additionally equipped with an internal chemical protection layer.
